On the morning of April 14th, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation of Azerbaijan's Apsheron Logistics Center's entry into Xi'an Chanba International Port and the construction of the cross sea corridor was held at Chanba International Port, marking the first branch of Azerbaijan's logistics enterprise - Apsheron Logistics Center in China to land at Chanba International Port. Both sides will work together to promote the construction of the Trans Caspian International Transport Corridor, realizing the daily operation of the Chang'an Cross Caspian Railway between China and Europe, and in the long run, achieving the monthly operation of 50 trains, promoting a virtuous cycle of the corridor, trade, and industry.

At the ceremony, Yuan Xiaojun, General Manager of Xi'an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., and Elmadin Husanov, Head of Project Management Department of Apsheron Logistics Co., Ltd., jointly signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement". According to the agreement, both parties will establish branch offices or offices in order to leverage their advantages in international railway intermodal transportation and resource integration, jointly build the high-quality "Xi'an Baku" route of the China Europe Railway Chang'an Express, develop new service projects such as cold chain transportation, mail transportation, and Anzhi Trade, assist both parties in carrying out international investment promotion activities, introduce well-known domestic and foreign enterprises to settle down, promote a virtuous cycle of channels, trade, and industry, and achieve efficient interconnection.
